Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and refund process to resolve your issue quickly. 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and custom sales regulations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

4. Return Shipping Costs

EU Customers: We provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund, or you may pay the shipping cost upfront (please confirm with our team).

Non-EU Customers: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Defective / Wrong Items: We cover 100% of return shipping fees for all verified defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

6. Refund Rules & Processing
Refund Eligibility
Only eligible returned items that meet our 30-day return window and condition standards will be approved for refunds. Final sale items, custom products, and hygiene items are non-refundable.
