Warehouses

KoonPeng Sports operates two warehouses to serve you better:

  • 🇪🇸 Spain Warehouse – Cáceres, Spain
  • 🇵🇱 Poland Warehouse – Krapkowice, Poland

Your order will be dispatched from the most suitable warehouse based on your location and product availability.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Estimated delivery times:

From Spain Warehouse:

  • Spain: 2–5 days (Standard) / 1–2 days (Express)
  • Portugal: 3–6 days (Standard) / 1–3 days (Express)
  • France, Germany, Italy: 5–10 days (Standard) / 2–4 days (Express)
  • Other EU: 7–15 days (Standard) / 3–6 days (Express)
  • UK (post-Brexit): 10–20 days* (Standard) / 4–7 days (Express)
  • Rest of World: 15–40 days (Standard) / 5–10 days (Express)

From Poland Warehouse:

  • Poland: 2–4 days (Standard) / 1–2 days (Express)
  • Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 3–7 days (Standard) / 1–3 days (Express)
  • France, Austria, Hungary: 5–10 days (Standard) / 2–4 days (Express)
  • Other EU: 7–15 days (Standard) / 3–6 days (Express)
  • Rest of World: 15–40 days (Standard) / 5–10 days (Express)

*UK orders may be subject to additional customs clearance time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders above a specified amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EU customers: Orders shipped from our Spain or Poland warehouse to other EU countries are not subject to additional customs duties (EU single market). VAT is included in the price where applicable.

Non-EU customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes.
