Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Sale / clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, supplements)
- Personal care items (opened)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at yaozewu@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include: order number, item(s) for refund, and reason (optional).
- Wait for approval. If approved, we will send return instructions and a return shipping label (EU customers).
- Return the item(s) following the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
⚠️ Important: Items returned without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method:
- Credit card / debit card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping cost (if the entire order is returned)
Your refund will not include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
- Duties or taxes paid to customs (for non-EU orders)
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion):
- Item is returned in significantly different condition from new
- Return is received after the 30-day window (case-by-case basis, up to 14 additional days)
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at yaozewu@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion:
- Issue a full refund (including return shipping) and ask you to dispose of or return the item
- Send a replacement at no cost
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately at yaozewu@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund for Orders Not Received
If you believe your order is lost in transit, check the tracking information first. Then contact us at yaozewu@gmail.com — we will investigate and, if the order is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear
- Contact your bank
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us
