KoonPeng Sports uses Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure. We accept the following payment methods:

🔒 Security Note: All payments are processed securely. KoonPeng Sports does not store your full credit card information on our servers. Payment data is encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
💰 Currency
Our store primarily displays prices in EUR (€). Prices in other currencies are shown for reference only and may be converted at checkout based on your payment method and bank’s exchange rate.
If your local currency differs from EUR, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. Please check with your bank for details.
🏷️ Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Promotional discounts and coupon codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
🧾 Taxes
For Customers in the European Union (EU)
- VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the product price where applicable, in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations.
- Orders shipped from our Spain or Poland warehouse to other EU countries are not subject to additional import duties (EU single market).
For Customers Outside the European Union
- Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by your country’s customs authority.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- The recipient (you) is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery or when notified by the carrier.
- KoonPeng Sports has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
🔒 Payment Security
- All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
- We use 3D Secure authentication where required by your bank for added fraud protection.
- Our payment processors are compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
❌ Payment Issues
If your payment is declined or fails:
- Verify that your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are correct
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online/international transactions
- Contact your bank – they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons
- Try an alternative payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)

📧 Order Confirmation
After placing a successful order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after checkout (check your spam folder if not received within 10 minutes)
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
📮 Billing Address
The billing address you provide must match the address on file with your payment provider. Incorrect billing information may result in payment failure or order delays.
⚠️ Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first at yaozewu@foxmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the loss of future ordering privileges.
