Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KoonPeng Sports. If you are not entirely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, supplements)
  • Custom or personalized products (made-to-order items)
  • Personal care items (opened cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, aerosols)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale / clearance items (marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”)

If your item is not eligible for return, our customer service team will inform you before processing.


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at yaozcw@foxmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number
    • List the item(s) you wish to return
    • State the reason for return (optional but helpful)
  2. Wait for return approval. If your return is accepted, we will send you:

    • A return shipping label (for customers in the EU)
    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
  3. Pack your return. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

  4. Ship the return. Use the provided return label or follow the instructions we send you.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • EU customers: We provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, or you may choose to pay the return shipping fee upfront (please confirm with our team).
  • Non-EU customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color) is:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get the replacement item quickly without waiting for the return to be processed first.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item
  • The wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)
  • A missing item from your order

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at yaozewu@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no cost
  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs
  • Provide a store credit

💰 Refunds

❓ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe after we approved it:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary
