Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

At KoonPeng Sports, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. We operate two strategically located warehouses to serve our customers across Europe and worldwide:

  • 🇪🇸 Spain Warehouse – Cáceres, Spain
  • 🇵🇱 Poland Warehouse – Krapkowice, Poland

Depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order will be dispatched from the most suitable warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery time.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays in the warehouse’s country.

Delays may occur if:

  • Payment verification is incomplete
  • The order contains customized or backordered items
  • Incorrect billing or shipping information is provided

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, customs delays).


🚛 Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including:

  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Local national post services (for standard shipping)

The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)

We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on orders above a specified amount. Check our homepage for current offers.


📱 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • The tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • The carrier’s website for real-time updates

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KoonPeng Sports is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections or re-delivery attempts

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at yaozcw@foxmail.com — we may be able to update it before the order is dispatched.


📦 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unclaimed at pickup point, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.


🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and VAT charged by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

For EU customers: Orders shipped from our Spain or Poland warehouse to other EU countries are generally not subject to additional customs duties (EU single market). VAT is included in the price where applicable.


❓ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed, please:

  1. Check the tracking link for the latest carrier update
  2. Contact the carrier directly if a delivery attempt was made
  3. Email us at yaozewu@gmail.com — we will investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier
